Our Team

We are a small and loving group of individuals, united as a family.  Each one of us unique, we all make up the pieces to make the Austintatious Blinds and Shutters puzzle. 



Tracey, owner and founder, started this journey with Norma in 2003.  Overseeing the whole company, she has a focus on admin, management, and sales, she spends her days ensuring the continued growth and success of Austintatious.



Norma, owner and founder, started this journey alongside with Tracey in 2003.  The quintessential fixer upper, and our go to for operations, she runs our warehouse and keeps our install team running smoothly.


Accounting and Human Resources

Andrea has been with Austintatious since 2010 and continues to be extremely vital to us all. Her expertise and experience ranges from accounting, HR and management…essentially, she keeps us all in line.


Design Consultant

Elizabeth has been with Austintatious since 2011, along with her innate sense of design and ability to focus on the details. She is a true asset to us all.

Rachel has been incorporating great window covering solutions in our clients’ homes since 2012. Everyone enjoys her high-spirited attitude and her ability to find the perfect solution.

Tara joined forces with Austintatious in 2014 with 25 years of design and window covering sales experience under her belt. Her extensive knowledge and expertise, plus her infectious positive attitude, continues to inspire us all.

Lacey joined Austintatious in 2016, she has a unique ability to connect with anyone and brings joy and laughter to all those around her.


Showroom Manager

Patrice and her ‘can do’ attitude have been with Austintatious since 2015. From sales, customer support, to showroom management…she keeps us all connected and on top of our projects.


Branding/Marketing Director

Rebecca is a unique and special addition to the family. Since 2018, she’s brought expertise in home product development and interior design to Austintatious, along with her solid industry connections and insight. 


Customer Service Manager

Justin, since 2018, is building on his existing knowledge of manufacturing, installation and sales. He has proven to be crucial in our customer service and installation department.



Chris has been with us since 2013.  During this time he has truly become an expert in some of the most challenging and unique installations in the industry.



Tony came to us with extensive experience in construction, enabling him to solve many of the most challenging issues we encounter.  Since 2016, he has proven to be invaluable.


Assistant Installer

Brandon has been with us since 2018, transitioning from the culinary world to the window treatments industry. His organizational skills and flexibility have been a recipe for success and asset to our installation team.
