This warranty covers any manufacturing defect or issues with workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product, as well as covers parts and labor for normal wear and tear issues that could occur during the first 7 years of the product.
After that period, don’t worry… the products can still be serviced and fixed for normal wear and tear issues (as long as the product is still being produced and the parts are available). We find defects to be quite rare, as each Hunter Douglas product is crafted with detail, longevity, and safety in mind.
